Required one year of production cooking experience and ability to learn policies; a food handlers' card within 30 days is needed for BSS staff.

• Minimum one year of experience in production cooking.

• Capable of performing simple math and communicating effectively.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook hot and cold items using standardized recipes.
• Assist in retail cafe grill area or breakfast items when assigned.
• Record overproduction and run outs, log temperatures, and report issues.
• Maintain par levels and restock as needed; rotate stock and check dates.
• Keep workspaces clean and orderly; assist kitchen and dietary staff.
• May oversee scheduled shift for efficiency; interact with customers in grill or retail units.
• Follow procedures and recipes under general supervision.
