The role ensures high reliability, proper line performance, and safe operation.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma with an associate’s in mechatronics or related fields and 1–3 years of industrial controls experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with an associate’s degree in Mechatronics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of industrial controls experience preferred.
• Mechatronics, electrical technology, robotics or automation background.
• Familiarity with electrical theory and three-/single-phase power.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and installs PLCs, HMIs, and process controls.
• Diagnoses equipment issues using schematics and test equipment.
• Performs electrical preventive maintenance to keep equipment like new.
• Collaborates with production to resolve problems and support projects.
• Adheres to safety rules and participates in continuous improvement.
