Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a facility in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and automated production equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations safe and efficient.

The position is full-time with a night shift schedule (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM) and a rotating 2-2-3 cycle, offering weekly pay and long-term manufacturing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated production machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency reading wiring diagrams and equipment drawings.
• Comfortable working with motors, wiring, switches, PLCs, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and complete repairs.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, equipment drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with production personnel and outside contractors when necessary.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
