Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bethlehem, PA seeks an Electrical Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize PLC-controlled production equipment in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing setting.

The role requires an associate degree, 7 years of experience, and strong knowledge of PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and electrical schematics. This is a direct-hire position with night shift and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in electronics preferred.
• Minimum 7 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong PLCs, servo drives, HMIs knowledge.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to read electrical prints and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level electrical and industrial controls support in a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment and facility systems.
• Design, program, test, and commission industrial automation and control systems.
• Lead equipment modernization projects to replace obsolete controls and improve reliability.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics, software backups, panel schedules, and technical documentation.
