Job summary

TW Constructors (TWC) seeks a Superintendent for a night shift in Haskell, TX. You will lead trade partners, company labor, and joint venture staff, ensuring safety, schedule discipline, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, procurement, operations, safety, and site management while maintaining budgets and timelines. Nationwide travel may be required; per diem incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction site management.
• Design-Build experience is ideal.
• Active jobsite experience and strong safety record.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
• Significant knowledge of construction methods and permit processes.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Procore Certified or knowledge and skill in Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of Trade Partners, Company Labor, and Joint Venture Labor.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, and quality of work to standard.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and Trade Labor.
• Assure quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and testing.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, and drive overall project delivery.
• Travel nationwide as required.
