Network Connex in Dallas is seeking a Datacenter Network Shift Superintendent to lead on-site field operations during nights, weekends, and holidays. You will supervise L3 Field Lead Technicians and drive safe, quality‑driven execution of cabling and network installs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on datacenter network infrastructure experience.
• BICSI Installer 2 – Copper & Fiber required; BICSI Technician preferred.
• OSHA-30 required; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lead and develop field technicians across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hold full accountability for all network infrastructure and cabling operations during the shift, ensuring progress toward milestones.
• Direct L3 Field Lead Technicians on shift and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Conduct shift handoffs with accurate status on work fronts, safety concerns, and schedule risks.
• Lead safety briefings, enforce PPE, and manage field risk during overnight hours.
