Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a reliable Combi Operator for our Prairie Avenue facility in Wilmington, Ohio. This 12-hour night shift (2/2/3 schedule) involves safely operating a large Combi lift, moving regrind and finished materials, and supporting production.

Candidates need at least one year of heavy equipment experience, must read and follow safety rules, and be able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating large or heavy equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior Combi lift or multidirectional forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to meet company qualification and certification requirements for equipment.
• English reading/writing required for work instructions and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain accident-free operations by following health and safety requirements.
• Inspect the Combi lift and other forklifts daily for safe operation.
• Restock packaging supplies for production.
• Safely maneuver the Combi lift through narrow aisles and limited clearance areas.
• Wrap and band finished materials for safe handling and storage.
• Count, weigh, and record materials moved as required.
• Communicate production issues and needs to team members and leads.
• Maintain fuel levels in Combi lifts and support clean, safe operations.
