Job summary

Actus Nutrition in Wisconsin is seeking a Wet Blend Operator to run the Rehydration and Cheese grinding departments, supporting the MSD operator in a fast-paced dairy setting.

The role features a $26.50/hour base pay plus a $0.50 shift differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with rotational night shifts 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a two-week cycle. Forklift certification is required or can be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Must be able to read and follow instructions
• Willing to learn/be certified as forklift driver
• Certified forklift driver

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the operator you are relieving to gain knowledge of the present state of the equipment and production run.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Liquify and/or handle bulk cheese or other items; this includes un-wrapping and processing of material.
• Assist in MSD, Warehouse, and Foremost packaging operations as time allows.
• Operate in a wet environment and CIP equipment.
• Document lot and batch reporting.
• Identify product lines and track locations of products being transferred.
• Maintain daily sanitation schedule and clean silos, lines, and documentation.
