Job summary

The AZEK Company seeks a skilled Combi Operator for our Prairie Avenue facility in Wilmington, OH. This 12-hour shift (2/2/3 schedule) focuses on safe, precise operation of a Combi lift to move materials and finished goods, while maintaining production flow and safety.

The role requires experience with large equipment, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced plant. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large or heavy equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely control large equipment in narrow aisles and limited clearance.
• Meet company qualification and certification requirements for assigned equipment.
• Follow standard operating and safety procedures.
• Strong communication with production teams and leaders.
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Inspect the Combi lift and other forklifts daily for safe operation.
• Restock packaging supplies for production.
• Navigate the Combi lift through narrow spaces while transporting materials.
• Wrap and band finished materials for safe handling and storage.
• Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled.
• Communicate production issues and material needs to team.
• Maintain adequate fuel levels in Combi lifts.
• Perform other duties to support safe and efficient operations.
