Job summary

TimberTech is seeking an experienced Combi Operator at our Wilmington, Ohio plant. You will safely operate a large Combi lift in narrow aisles to move regrind, finished materials, and other products, supporting continuous production on a 2/2/3 12-hour shift.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of heavy equipment experience, can read work instructions in English, and works well with a team while upholding health, safety, and quality standards. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating large or heavy equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely control large equipment in narrow aisles and spaces with limited clearance.
• Must meet company qualification and certification requirements for assigned equipment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing or process equipment and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a large Combi lift and move regrind, finished materials, and other products.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any concerns.
• Restock packaging supplies for production.
• Navigate narrow aisles and confined spaces safely.
• Wrap and band finished materials for storage.
• Record materials moved and communicate production needs to team.
• Maintain fuel levels and comply with safety standards.
