You will work closely with engineering to review CAD models (SolidWorks, CATIA) and apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with CNC programming using Fanuc controls.
Proficient in CAD/CAM tools and interpreting detailed drawings.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement.
Experience with 5-axis milling and EDM is desirable.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify CNC programs for lathes and 5-axis mills using Fanuc and CAM software.
Interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure accurate machining.
Set up tools, fixtures, and tooling for precision production.
Perform precision measurements with calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.
Troubleshoot CNC machines and resolve programming issues promptly.
Collaborate with engineering to review CAD models for manufacturability.
Apply lean manufacturing to improve workflow and reduce waste.
Maintain detailed documentation of programs and inspections.
Support continuous improvement by analyzing processes and proposing enhancements.
