Job summary

Action Group seeks a 5-Axis CNC Mill Machinist for night shift in Tulsa, OK. Start times vary 4:00 PM–6:00 PM with end times 4:00 AM–6:00 AM, and overtime as needed. 3–6 weeks of day-shift training before transitioning to nights. Pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour plus a $3.50 shift differential after training.

Must have CNC experience (2+ years), strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. Forklift experience preferred and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls preferred.
• Ability to independently create machine setups and read blueprints with GD&T.
• Strong math, geometry, and precision measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and inspect parts on CNC milling equipment including 5-axis centers.
• Maintain tight tolerances and maximize efficiency while ensuring quality.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; determine sequences and tolerances.
• Measure, mark, and verify material dimensions; apply process improvements.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and assist with maintenance and safety.
