Merritt Woodwork in Mentor, OH is seeking a skilled Millwork CNC Operator to set up and run CNC machines, load materials, read shop drawings, and deliver precise cabinetry for luxury interiors.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

NOW HIRING: Millwork CNC Operator (Mentor, OH)

4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | Monday – Friday

Join our team creating high-end custom interiors for ultra-luxury projects!

We are seeking an experienced Millwork CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machinery, load materials, interpret shop drawings and work orders, monitor machining processes, perform quality inspections, make basic machine adjustments, and safely produce precise custom cabinetry and architectural millwork to exact specifications.

Qualifications:

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or furniture experience a plus
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and work orders
• Experience with CNC machinery, tooling, and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team
