Merritt Woodwork in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Edgebanding Machine Operator to set up and run edgebanding equipment, load materials, and ensure precise edges for luxury millwork. You will monitor production, adjust settings, inspect finished work, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold strict quality and safety standards on a schedule that includes 6:30 AM starts and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with edgebanding machinery is preferred.
• Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or furniture is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and work orders.
• Experience with machine setup and adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate edgebanding equipment.
• Load and position materials for processing.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired finishes.
• Monitor production and ensure quality throughout.
• Inspect finished edges for defects.

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday & Friday's

6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Tuesday – Thursday

We are seeking an experienced Edgebanding Machine Operator to set up and operate edgebanding equipment, load and position materials, adjust machine settings, monitor production, inspect finished edges, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure custom millwork meets quality and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Edgebanding or woodworking machinery experience preferred
• Millwork, cabinetry, or furniture experience a plus
• Ability to read measurements and work orders
• Experience with machine setup and adjustments
