Merritt Woodwork in Mentor, OH is hiring a Finish Carpenter to install and assemble custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, base, crown molding, doors, and other architectural details on ultra-luxury projects.

The role requires reading drawings, precise cutting, fitting, veneer and finish work, and using woodworking machinery and hand tools to achieve exceptional craftsmanship. 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in finish carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and work orders with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship for premium interiors.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, base and crown molding, doors, and related details.
• Read drawings and measurements and perform precise cuts and fittings.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools; maintain safety and quality standards.

Join our team creating high-end custom interiors for ultra-luxury projects!

We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to install and assemble custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, base, crown molding, doors, and other architectural details. Candidates should be skilled at reading drawings and measurements, performing precise cuts and fitting, veneer and finish work, and using woodworking machinery and hand tools to achieve exceptional craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Finish carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking experience preferred
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and work orders
• Experience with trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom millwork
• Skilled with hand tools and woodworking equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team
