Candidates must be comfortable and available to work second shift on a consistent basis.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, quality work. Previous CNC or woodworking experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands that CNC operation is more than simply loading material and pressing start. The operator is responsible for verifying the job before machining, monitoring the process, identifying problems early, and making sure quality parts move forward into production.

The right candidate will be safety-conscious, quality-driven, organized, dependable, and willing to take ownership of their machine and work area.

McKenzie Craft specializes in custom architectural millwork and specialty finishes. Our projects require a high level of craftsmanship, coordination, and attention to detail.
