United Alloy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Laser Cutting Operator to set up and run CO2 or Fiber CNC laser systems, ensure quality, and support continuous improvement efforts.

You will work on-site, coordinating with maintenance and fabrication teams to optimize material utilization and productivity. Strong blueprint reading, CNC process knowledge, and the ability to lift and maneuver parts are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating CO2 or Fiber CNC laser-cutting machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processes.

Responsabilités

• Set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize laser cutting cells and automation equipment.
• Perform first-piece inspections and ensure cut quality and process documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and repair issues.
• Monitor schedules, adjust priorities, and communicate across shifts.
• Maintain 6S workplace organization and train operators as needed.
