Job summary

United Alloy, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC laser operator to join our on-site manufacturing team in Seguin, TX. You will align materials on the laser table, load CAD data, and adjust machine settings to produce precise cuts and engravings.

Regular inspection and proactive maintenance will ensure quality and efficiency. Applicants should have 2+ years of CO2 or Fiber laser experience, the ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with material handling and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience operating CO2 or Fiber CNC laser-cutting machines.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and flat print drawings.
• Proficient in adjusting laser settings for different materials and thicknesses.
• Experience with tool handling and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Align and secure materials on the laser cutting table.
• Load CAD files into the machine interface and set parameters.
• Operate laser to cut/engrave per design with accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensions and quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and clean the laser system.
• Maintain logs of jobs and any deviations.
