Job summary

United Alloy, Inc. in Seguin, TX is seeking an experienced CNC laser operator to set up, load CAD data, adjust parameters and ensure precise cuts on CO2 or fiber laser equipment.

You will read blueprints, align materials and monitor the laser system to maintain strict quality standards. This onsite role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate overhead cranes, perform routine maintenance and follow all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience operating CO2 or fiber CNC laser-cutting machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Thorough understanding of CNC processes and metal fabrication concepts.

Responsibilities

• Align and secure materials on the laser cutting table.
• Load CAD data into the laser control interface and adjust settings as needed.
• Operate the laser to cut or engrave per design with precision.
• Inspect parts for dimensions and quality; maintain machine condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and document downtime.
