Qualifications

• Proven experience operating laser cutting machines in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC controls and programming.
• Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines with precise calibration.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings and CAD files to program equipment.
• Utilize CNC programming to optimize cutting processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot laser machinery.
• Use calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
• Handle materials safely with forklifts and equipment.
• Collaborate across fabrication, assembly, and quality teams.
• Maintain organized, safe work area and document data.
