Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring CNAs/GNAs for Full Time and Part Time night shifts in Pompton Plains, NJ. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new CNAs and a referral bonus for internal employees.

Compensation ranges from $21–$25 per hour, plus shift differential, with comprehensive medical/dental/vision packages, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, onsite medical centers, meal discounts, education assistance, and career growth opportunities as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
