Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking CNAs for Full Time and Part Time Night Shifts. You will support residents’ daily needs, implement care plans, and partner with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
