Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care (toileting, bathing, mobility, comfort measures) and respond to patient/family requests.
• Record and communicate patient care findings promptly; monitor patient condition and seek help as needed.
• Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform Health Unit Coordinator tasks (phones, orders, unit records, stocking).
• Follow safety policies and emergency procedures.
