Job summary

Banner Health's Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a PCA (CNA) for the Oncology ICU and Stem Cell Transplant unit. The night shift spans two 12-hour shifts per week, with a 6:30pm–7:00am schedule and a rotating weekends/holidays pattern.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed CNAs/LNAs, a $1/hour weekend shift differential, and an 18% night shift differential when applicable. You will provide routine patient care, document EMR data, and support a Magnet-recognized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification and CNA license in state of practice.
• 1 year of medical clerical or hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort.
• Collect specimens, vital signs, I/O, and document findings.
• Report changes to licensed professional and ensure continuity of care.
• Perform procedures under supervision and assist with unit duties.
• Handle receptionist/clerical tasks and support department communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and supply inventory.
