Job summary

Avera Marshall Hospital is seeking a part-time Certified Nurse Aide to assist patients with daily living activities and basic nursing tasks during the night shift. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, safe care while documenting observations and vital signs.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license must be active in state of practice within 180 days.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Demonstrated compassion and teamwork in a patient-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Perform routine nursing assistant duties and direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, weight).
• Maintain clean, safe patient environment and document care.
