Job summary

Avera Marshall Hospital is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to support nursing staff during the night shift. You will assist patients with daily living activities, help with mobility, and document care under RN supervision. A strong bedside manner and teamwork are essential.

This role includes Day 1 PTO eligibility, potential eligibility for student loan repayment, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven care team focused on moving health forward for our patients.

Qualifications

• CNA license active in state of practice.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Capable of basic nursing tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Document care provided and vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Support safe patient transport and ensure a clean, safe environment.
