Qualifications

• RN license required and active in state of practice.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification within 180 days.
• Experience in Med Surg/ inpatient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to hospitalized inpatients and hospital-based outpatients.
• Apply SBAR for patient condition changes and communicate with care team.
• Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend department meetings and patient care handoffs per shift.
