You will collect vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document patient information in the medical records system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• CNA certification in state of practice required for new hires.
• Typically 1 year of medical clerical experience; hospital or physician office preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the care plan.
• Collects vital signs and monitors patient data; documents in the medical record.
• Transcribes and processes physician orders in the electronic medical record.
• Maintains unit supplies and supports efficient department operations.
• Performs receptionist/clerical duties and coordinates communication across staff.
