Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Avon, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care and companionship on a night shift 12hr schedule. You’ll follow each resident’s plan of care, monitor changes, and collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
