Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Lowell, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care in alignment with each resident's plan of care. You will work closely with the care team to support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities; observing changes in condition and reporting them; and delivering compassionate companionship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
