Job summary

Qualifications

• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, turning, lifting and positioning.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition; make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well‑being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
