Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
