Avon Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Avon, IN. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with a weekend option for those who want it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be ISDH-certified as a CNA in good standing in Indiana.
• Graduating CNA students may work 120 days while awaiting Indiana certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transfers.
• Take and monitor vital signs and document per policy.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and observe changes in health status.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Respond to resident call lights and requests in a timely manner.
