Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Lowell, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident's plan of care. You will offer companionship, compassion and encouragement, while supporting residents' comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
