The State of Colorado invites applications for a Client Care Aide (CNA) at Homelake Veterans Community Living Center. You will provide basic resident care in a safe, clean setting, including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, feeding, and monitoring vital signs.

A Colorado CNA certification and current BLS CPR are required. Minimum education is high school diploma or GED, plus one year of related experience. Residency in Colorado is required during the application and employment.

Qualificações

• Current & active Colorado CNA license and a current BLS CPR certification.
• Vaccinations as required by State and facility.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.
• Substitutions: CNA certification may substitute for diploma/ GED requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care in a safe, clean environment.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, transfers, feeding.
• Record vitals, document care, and monitor patient condition.
• Transports residents for medical appointments when needed.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Participate in training and staff meetings to stay updated.
