Emerald Healthcare in Claremore, OK is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift. You will provide high-quality resident support, assist with daily living activities, and monitor health needs in a clinical setting.

The role requires current Oklahoma CNA certification and prior experience in a skilled nursing facility. You will work with a compassionate team in a full-time, on-site environment offering comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.

Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time

Shift Available: 11pm-7am, 4 nights on/2 nights off

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.
