Emerald-Care-Center-Claremore in Claremore, OK is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living, mobility, and safe, compassionate care.

This role requires current Oklahoma CNA certification, ability to lift residents, and a willingness to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends. Join our Nursing team to help improve quality of life and collaborate with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move residents.
• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
