Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents, and perform physical tasks.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: transfers, positioning, safe ambulation.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: take and record vital signs.
• Documentation: accurately document care and changes in residents’ conditions in EHRs.
• Communication: report changes to nursing staff or supervisor promptly.
• Supportive Tasks: assist with feeding, meal prep, and companionship.
• Infection Control: follow protocols and maintain a clean environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.

Shifts Available: 11 to 7 4on/2off or M-F 3 to 11

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.

• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs.

• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.

• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.

• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
