Memory Care Center at Emerald is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift in Claremore, OK. You will provide compassionate resident care, support daily living activities, monitor safety, and work with the nursing team to ensure comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, vital signs checks, and accurate documentation in health records while maintaining infection control protocols and a supportive, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Accurately document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records.
• Communicate changes or concerns to nurses or supervisors promptly.
• Assist with feeding and meal preparation; provide companionship to residents.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time

Shift Available: 11pm-7am, 4 nights on/2 nights off

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.

• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.

• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.

• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.

• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
