Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring a Nursing Assistant for the Bottineau, ND facility. The NA provides resident-centered care during night shifts, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and documentation under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior CNA certification with state board or in process of obtaining.
• Ability to perform resident care tasks and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to RN.
• Assist with meals and dining, including hydration and supplements.
• Assist with transfers, range of motion, and ROM exercises.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE usage.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
