Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Bottineau provides resident-centered care during night shifts in a long-term care setting. Under RN supervision, you assist with daily living activities, basic health tasks, vital signs, and mobility, while following care plans and infection prevention policies.

We offer a 36-hour workweek, full-time schedule, and a benefits-rich package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, mobility and meals.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE use.
• Assist with wellness and recreational programs as needed.
