Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Bottineau, ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and mobility under the supervision of a registered nurse, while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Full-time night shift, 36 hours per week, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. CNA certification is required within four months of hire and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• CNA certification must be obtained within four months of date entering position; facility provides training.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and basic health duties per care plan.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse.
