Job summary

Good Samaritan in Bottineau, ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant for long-term care. The role provides resident-centered care under RN supervision, including basic daily living activities and vital signs.

The NA supports feeding, mobility, and psychosocial needs while following care plans and infection prevention policies. The position offers night shifts, 12-hour blocks, a 36-hour week, and a comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and advancement

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16 with prior CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification required or in process within four months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and vital signs.
• Participate in care planning and documentation of resident care and outcomes.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and enrichment activities.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE use; assist with transfers and mobility.

Education

High school graduate or GED (preferred)
