Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. We offer competitive pay, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, supporting residents’ physical and emotional needs, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure timely care. Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred and current CNA certification for the state required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly.
