Job summary

Vibra Healthcare in Longview, TX is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and contribute to a safe, clean hospital environment.

This full-time night-shift position includes a 15% shift differential plus an additional $5 per hour on top of the base rate. Weekend shifts are required and you will work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
Document vital signs and assessments.
Maintain patient privacy and PHI confidentiality.
Comply with hospital safety and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

Provide general nursing care such as positioning, bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Collect and transport specimens to the correct department.
Take and record vital signs, I&O, and patient weights.
Assist staff RN/LPN with treatment procedures and patient care tasks.
Report any changes in patient condition to supervising nurse.
