Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA. This full-time night-shift role features 12-hour shifts and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will assist licensed nursing staff with activities of daily living, maintain a safe patient environment, and respond to emergencies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, CA CNA certification, and BLS within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of Nurse Aide experience or relevant experience considered.
• Current, valid Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assists licensed nursing personnel in patient care by helping with activities of daily living.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and follows infection control procedures.
• Recognizes emergencies and responds appropriately.
