Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shift responsibilities in a hospital setting. You will provide direct patient care under an RN, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting readings, preparing patients for meals, and contributing to care plans while maintaining a clean, organized unit and strict confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience is preferred.
• Nurse Aide certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, hygiene and bed care.
• Collect vital signs and document accurately.
• Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report hazards or changes in patient condition.
