Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a dedicated nursing assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support the care team in a hospital setting.

Position offers 3-12 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a 15% shift differential for night hours. Requires teamwork, compassion, and adherence to safety protocols; prior patient care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience is preferred.
• Nurse Aide certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with living skills such as bathing, eating, hygiene, and bed care.
• Collect non-invasive specimens, gather vital signs, and document changes.
• Assist in preparation and transfer of patients, and accompany them during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow isolation and safety protocols.
