Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shift (12-hour shifts) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in our Abilene facility.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients, and support in procedures while maintaining safety and privacy. You will help with admission, transfers, and discharge, document vitals and care, respond to call lights, and participate in care plans.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) preferred or equivalent certification.
• Prior patient-care experience in hospital or long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Record vitals, intake/output, and observe changes.
• Support in admission, transfer, discharge procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and isolation protocols.
• Assist in and transport supplies and specimens as needed.
