Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dietary tasks to create a positive dining experience.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain clean living areas.
